Future vision
Future vision. Not a facility.
What it is for
Work that benefits from being in the same place: intensive programmes, prototyping workshops, working sessions, retreats and alumni gatherings.
Stages before anything is built
- Partner-hosted events and programmes
- Repeatable temporary venues
- A leased hub, only if use and economics justify it
- A full feasibility and financing process
- Permanent development only after commercial, legal, operational and funding checks
